2006 Keynote Speaker

Jody Fitzpatrick, PhD

Jody Fitzpatrick is Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Public Affairs at University of Colorado. She was the originator and editor of the “Exemplars” columns in the American Journal of Evaluation (AJE) from 1998 to 2002. She also is the lead author of a best-selling textbook in evaluation, Program Evaluation: Alternative Approaches and Practical Guidelines, with James Sanders and Blaine Worthen. She has written widely about evaluation practice and ethics in evaluation in Evaluation Review, AJE, and New Directions for Program Evaluation. She has served on the Board of the American Evaluation Association, worked as a practicing evaluator, and is a professor in public administration with the University of Colorado. She has served as Associate Editor of AJE and is currently on the Editorial Boards of both AJE and New Directions in Program Evaluation.
